As a licensed massage therapist, Avis specializes in Swedish Therapeutic Massages and Total Body Stretching. My journey to lead a healthier life began five years ago when I recognized the need for self-care and the importance of carving out a little “me” time, so I began getting bi-weekly massages. 

After feeling the positive effects of massage, I decided to become a massage therapist. I wanted to provide this healing experience for others and help them to enjoy the therapeutic effects of massage. I'm passionate about helping people to reach their wellness goals. The massage experience was euphoric and provided a much needed reset for a busy mother like myself. I am the mother of two awesome boys. My eldest is an adult and the youngest keeps me on the go with sports and extracurricular recreation. 

Taking better care of myself with my newfound massage routine ignited a fire in me to want to help other women who may be suffering. Using massage as a healing tool could benefit many others in my community.


With God as my rock, I took the initiative to get licensed and develop my craft. I now offer massage therapy services to my clients and help them to heal from physical and emotional pain. I'm proud to be able to offer this service and make a difference in the lives of others. I am so grateful to finally be able to share my expertise and services with the DMV community, which I call home."
